This is not:

  • A therapy group

  • A certification or training

  • A promise of personal healing (though insight is likely)

  • A passive reading club

This is an intellectual, experiential, and collaborative project.

How It Works -- What the Peer Review Journey Looks Like

Through this 16 week journey, you will:

  • Read 1–2 chapters per week of an unpublished nonfiction manuscript

  • Provide thoughtful feedback on clarity, structure, tone, and accessibility

  • Type your feedback into a Google Document sharing one new chapter at a time

  • Join weekly 90-minute group meetings for discussion, reflection, and exploration

  • Experiment with embodied self-healing tools drawn directly from the manuscript

  • Engage in hands-on nervous system and embodiment practices supporting mental and emotional wellbeing

  • Contribute to shaping a manuscript preparing for literary agent and publisher submission

Consistency matters more than perfection. You are not editing grammar. You are helping shape how a new idea meets the world. Your feedback will help refine:

  • Clarity of concepts

  • Accessibility for non-experts

  • Language, tone, and structure

  • What lands, what confuses, and what excites

🎓 WHY YOU WANT THIS

This manuscript isn’t just a book — it’s a living, hands-on exploration of a bold new model of self-healing:

  • Blends neuroscience, psychology, attachment theory, and embodied spirituality

  • Introduces the Inner Soul Family — 25 distinct parts of your bodymind you’ll learn to understand and integrate

  • Offers practical, embodied healing and nervous system regulation tools

  • Shows how to heal trauma without revisiting the past

The core idea is simple but revolutionary: Healing doesn’t require reliving old memories — it happens by restoring safety, coherence, and wholeness in the present.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Firsthand experience with an integrative, science-backed, embodied self-healing model

  • Practical tools to support mental health, emotional regulation, and body awareness in your everyday life

  • Insights into translating complex psychology and neuroscience into accessible, actionable practices

  • A behind-the-scenes look at the final development stage of a major nonfiction book

  • An optional acknowledgment in the published book (final format TBD)

Why This Is Next-Level:

  • Shows you’re more than a reader — you’re a collaborator in shaping transformative ideas

  • Builds critical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, and applied neuroscience literacy

  • Signals future thought-leader energy: “I don’t just study ideas — I help develop them”

  • Gives you a chance to step into main-character, high-impact energy 💅🧠

This is for those who want to do more than consume knowledge — you want to play with it, shape it, and leave your mark.
