A Bit About Me
I'm a teacher of neuroscience-based self-healing who guides people to reclaim their innate wholeness and create lasting freedom through empowered joy and deep inner peace.
After over a decade of battling severe mental health struggles, complex PTSD, and devastating amnesia—and facing 100+ doctors who couldn’t heal her—I pioneered my own radical, neuroscience-backed methods to permanently resolve 100+ health challenges and 20 years of trauma, without relying on meds or reliving painful memories.

I believe in moving beyond surface symptoms to uncover and heal the neuroscience-backed cause of emotional and somatic pain; and that's exactly what my work accomplishes.
My unique blend of parts work, somatic practices, and mirror techniques empowers individuals to become their own healers and heroes—rewriting their identity, nurturing all parts of themselves, and creating “Heaven on Earth” from within.

Struggling with mental health: anxiety, depression, bipolar, insomnia, psychosis, self-harm, substance abuse, dissociation, and post-traumatic stress. I was in treatments with over a hundred doctors... Tried all forms of therapy: CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS... And 100+ combinations of 40+ psychiatric meds, taking over 5,000 pills (as prescribed!) over the years.
I hit rock bottom. Traumatic brain injuries (from relational trauma) caused a hundred more health problems. Zero hope was offered. Could I find my way out?
I taught myself neuroscience and developed my own Self-Healing Miracle Method™ through trial and error. I successfully resolved over 100 debilitating health conditions, most which were labeled "incurable" by medical professionals.
During this time, I started my online business, supporting other people on their healing journey.
