Daily Gratitude 8/7/18
(If I go back & forth between “I” & “we,” that simply indicates whether one or more parts of consciousness are speaking.)
I love being able to have real meals thanks to Mom, as she cooks with or for us regularly.
I love being able to pick flower petals from the rose garden.
I’m so grateful for my truck & that Dad fixed the battery & is paying for insurance.
I’m so grateful for my EBT card (food stamps) & for the privilege of choosing my own groceries.
I’m so grateful for Mom’s involvement with our healing journey homeschool.
I’m so grateful for Mom’s consistent help scheduling & attending doctor appointments. I’m especially grateful when she advocates for me/us.
I love when Mom makes sure to say goodnight before she goes to bed.

Gratitude ~ 7/30/18 ~ Collection of Moments
Listening to crickets sing in the dark.
Playing tag with PookieBear in the moonlight.
Smirking with a contented divine knowing whenever I see angel numbers.
The comforting twirl of the ceiling fan during midday summer naps.
The comforting whirl of the hairdryer on chilly evenings.
The orgasmic sensation of flavour when my hunger is deep, palpable, & fully present.
The entrancing crackle from the fireplace.
The beautiful smell of hope in the air after a great night’s sleep (or solid afternoon nap).
Magical subconscious discoveries through self-hypnosis sessions—no matter the intensity or severity of the session, I am always empowered by my findings; it is always a worthwhile investment; even when my discoveries are unpleasant, they’re helpful.
The grounded flowing feeling when I dance & fully let go.
Singing & chanting with the sound of the water at Chesbro Dam to heal trauma wounds: feeling the swelling power in my throat; feeling the ringing vibration as sound waves of my own creation travel to my eardrums; the oneness I feel with Source. It is pure MAGICK.
