A Disconnect Between Minds Within One Body

~ MIRACLES WITHIN EACH MIND ~

Every human being possesses two separate minds.

One is conscious; the other is unconscious.

One perceives {perception}; the other senses {sensation}.

One has direct access; the other only has indirect access.

One is manual; the other is automatic.

One lives within physical reality; the other lives within energetic reality.

One lives within a linear sense of time; the other lives only in the present moment, unable to grasp even the concept of time.

One perceives a distinctive, individualized sense of self; the other experiences a collective sense of unity, lacking that distinctive state of singular identity. {(More simply stated: one experiences an individual sense of self; the other experiences a collective sense of self.)}

One processes explicit memories; the other processes implicit memories.

One experiences a summary of experience; the other experiences every single raw data {pure sensations without interpretation} of that experience without any narrative of the experience.

One experiences linear logic; the other experiences energetic connections.

One experiences specific aspects of unfolding life experience; the other experiences generalized aspects of life experience.

One comprises the mind through the brain, while the other comprises the body through brain-body.

The only distinctive overlap between these two separate selves is the conscious bodily breath.

~ DISSOCIATIVE IDENTITY DISORDER ~

These two separate aspects of human mind typically integrate and become coherently united through unconscious energetic flows through brain and body.

Individuals living with a dissociative identity, however, experience these two minds completely separately.

The conscious mind is experienced as a 'normal life self' while the unconscious mind is experienced through 'dissociative parts of consciousness.'

There is an unconscious disconnect between conscious and unconscious self.

There is an unconscious disconnect between perception and sensation.

There is an unconscious disconnect between external and internal realities.

There is an unconscious disconnect between physical and energetic realities.

There is an unconscious disconnect between linear time and the present moment.

There is an unconscious disconnect between individualized sense of self and an ability to connect with others.

There is an unconscious disconnect between explicit and implicit memories.

There is an unconscious disconnect between mind and body.

Because of such a severe disconnect, there is even a disconnect within the unconscious bodily breathing, which is why conscious bodily breath practices hold so much healing journey power.
