Videos can be a great educational tool. Sometimes reading takes too long & you don't have the time or attention span. So here is a collection of my favourite videos explaining various aspects of mental illness.

My actual diagnosis is still unclear. Presently, it is:

1. major depressive disorder with severe psychotic features (or bipolar disorder type II) (it's been decided that I do not have schizoaffective disorder or schizophrenia)

2. post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

3. attention deficit disorder (ADD)

4. borderline personality disorder tendencies
