Hi, I'm Kristin in September 2021 reflecting on this video from December 2018. I could NOT create CONSCIOUS, explicit memories during these experiences (2017-2020).
Kristin in this video mentions the #100DaysOfHappiness "challenge" that she did.... EVEN WITHOUT FLUID ACCESS TO MY OWN SELF OR UNFOLDING EXPERIENCES, Kristin in 2019 began a "Moment Collector" project where she "collected" moments of Happily Ever After.

In 2020, Kristin began a daily ritual of journaling about her moments of Happily Ever After at the end of each day.
In 2021, I regained the neurobiological capacity to create conscious memories in relation to mySelf for the first time in several years!!!!!!! BASICALLY THE MOST DIVINELY MIRACULOUS EXPERIENCE OF ETERNITY!!!! I now continue writing my moments of Happily Ever After at the end of each day.

EVEN WHEN STRUGGLING WITH HUNDREDS OF TYPES OF SEVERE CHRONIC DISSOCIATION ....
EVEN WHEN SWITCHING STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS EVERY 5 SECONDS TO 5 MINUTES ....
EVEN WHEN UNABLE TO CREATE CONSCIOUS MEMORIES AND REMEMBER WHAT HAPPENED YESTERDAY, LAST WEEK, OR LAST MONTH ....
ASPECTS OF MY CONSCIOUSNESS STAYED TRUE TO ONE COMMON GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!! Collecting moments of Happily Ever After and things to be grateful for!!!!!!!!!
I have NO conscious memory of recording this video. Zero explicit awareness of my own Self from that time period, due to the health challenges I was facing. Nevertheless, the HABITS Kristin invested in GREW into a LIFESTYLE.
